Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! – Calgary Baby and Family Photographer

I know it’s a little early, but this is how I’m wrapping 2011. What a great year it has been. I am heading down south for a couple of months (I will try really hard not to miss winter) so I will not be taking any sessions for a little while (unless you want to come visit me and have a beach session!). I wish everybody a wonderful Christmas and a very happy 2012! I don’t know exactly when I will be back yet, but it’ll be some time in February or March:)

This little guy has grown so much since I saw him last… I’ve photographed him 3 times (the first time in his mommy’s belly) and wow, has he ever changed. Although I must say, that I still see a lot of that little newborn baby in him. He is just adorable:)

This little sweetheart sure made everyone wait for her arrival! Born 9 days after her mommy’s due date, this beautiful baby girl finally decided to come into the world to meet her very loving parents who are totally and completely in love with her:)

That has to be why this little guy arrived so early! His due date was Dec 10th, which was 4 days before I left on holidays for a couple of months. I had already started trying to find another photographer who could do these photos for me because I thought for sure I wouldn’t be able to. What a big surprise when I received an email from his mommy letting me know that he was here! These little ones sure have their own plans, don’t they? I’m so glad things work out and I was able to photograph this little cutie. He is just adorable and his parents are totally in love with him:)

One day it’s fall and the next day it is winter! I met with this lovely family on a rather chilly fall day (yes fall, although it’s hard to believe!) These kids had so much fun shoveling snow! They were a little shy at first but they eventually warmed up to me and the session actually ended with them running to me to give me a huge hug. I felt so special, I love it when kids love me:D
